Select your delivery option at checkout, and the cost will be calculated. We deliver all over Pakistan.

• Karachi: Orders before 4 PM are usually delivered the next working day (excluding Saturdays).
• Other Locations: Orders before 4 PM are dispatched the next working day. Delivery takes 2–5 working days.
• Note: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Exchange & Return Policy – Eyeglasses & Frames

All products purchased from our online store can be exchanged or returned within 3 days of delivery if:

• The exchange/return request is made within the stated time frame.
• The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete upon delivery.
• The received product(s) differ from the original order.
• The product has not been used.
• The product is in its original and undamaged packaging (carefully opened packages are not considered damaged).

Note: For exchanges, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Orders with Prescription Lenses

• If the prescription is correct within standard ISO tolerance, the lens amount will not be refunded.
• If the prescription is incorrect, we will verify the issue upon receiving the returned parcel and provide an exchange or refund.

Contact Lenses – Returns & Exchange

• Exchanges are available only for defective products.
• Opened lenses cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
• Customers are advised to check the parcel contents before opening the seal.
• Any unopened or defective item should be carefully packed and sent back to our provided address.
• Please WhatsApp us with the issue within 12 hours of delivery. Complaints received after 72 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Order Cancellation

• Prescription Orders: Cancellation must be requested within 3 hours of order confirmation.
• Non-Prescription Orders: Cancellation must be requested within 6 hours of order confirmation.
• Contact Lenses & Other Orders: Please WhatsApp your order number within 12 hours of placing the order.
